By visiting our site and/ or placing an order with us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users and/or viewers of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Order Policy
During order submission, buyer’s contact information, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details shall be provided. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on our site.
Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you an order confirmation by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order. Please keep a note of your personal order number for reference.
Any changes on particular information (e.g. receiver’s address, message, etc) must be made at least 5 hours before delivery.
2. Delivery Policy
Our free delivery service is only available within the Ipoh area. Additional delivery charges will be applicable for orders delivered beyond our specified area.
Our standard delivery service is completed between 10.00 a.m.- 6.00 p.m.
For same day delivery we must receive your Order Form latest by 2.00 p.m. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays (except for Mother’s Day).
We do not provide specific time deliveries in order to facilitate all customers and maintain efficiency of our operations.
Inaccurate personal or delivery details may result in delays in delivery. In the event of inaccurate information given, customers will be notified through contact information provided.
Recipient’s availability provided by buyers will only serve as a reference for us. We do not guarantee product(s) will reach the location at a particular time slot.
We reserve the right to contact the recipient using the details provided on the Order Form. Should the recipient remain not reachable, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a delivery has been attempted.
Delivery of orders will only be attempted once. If the recipient is not reachable, products will be returned to The Flower Place. Subsequently, a notice will be sent to inform buyers that a delivery attempt was made and the product will be required to be picked up from The Flower Place. Products that are not received during delivery will only be available for pick up from the store for up to 24 hours. Buyers are also responsible for any additional cost for redelivery.
3. Product & Price
The product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. We reserve the right to substitute a product we deem equivalent in value, quality and colour.
In the event that we are unable to substitute a product we deemed equivalent, we will notify buyers and will reimburse payments. Payments processing time may take up to 30 days.
Recipients or senders are required to report faulty products within 3 hours upon receiving via email or phone along with photo attachment of the faulty product and identification number. We will not entertain any reports made after 3 hours due to unreasonable judgement.
Certain products may be delivered in bud to preserve freshness.
Prices may be subject to seasonal change and we are not liable for any compensation resulting from such changes. However, buyers will be notified of the price changes and the product will be eligible for cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders made to deliver within 3 days are not eligible for cancellation. Orders that are eligible for cancellation can only be made within 24 hours upon receiving confirmation email. Orders eligible for cancellation are subject to refund of purchase amount excluding the 7% processing fee.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or place an order from flowerplace.com.my (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
